  • Overview

Samsung's mobile phones have taken the world by storm with their stylish designs and advanced features. As exclusive importer of Samsung phones, Suny Electronics has seen its business grow rapidly. Operating in a competitive market where new phone models released regularly, Suny has become a highly responsive and agile business. Their task has been to create an IT infrastructure that would enable Suny to keep ahead of the competition. The Challenge: Suny Electronics is a 200man business requiring a professional solution that was easy to use. With an IT team centralised at main office and numerous branches, staff are advanced users so they needed a powerful solution to manage applications, enforce network policy and provide network security across the entire company. The Solution: PrefixNEe enabled the IT department to have complete control of the PC environment and with so many locations this meant that the IT team spends less time on the road, providing immediate savings. With real time information at their fingertips they are able to immediately react to issues arising across the network, giving them an agile IT infrastructure where they can respond quickly to issues and allowing them to pre-empt problems.
