  • Overview

The challenge: ASDA's requirement was for a fully web-based solution based at their Leeds Head Office that will streamline data collection and processing from the depots and deliver real-time information to management and users in all areas of the business. The solution: The decision to move to Kronos Workforce Central, from a decentralised system was made following a thorough review of the marketplace. Colin Aspinall, Head of Home Office Systems at ASDA explained the reason for selecting Kronos, "The web-based nature of the Kronos system handles our varied and complex working patterns, with real-time data and its ability to track the Working Time Directive. Our relationship with Kronos goes back several years — they understand our business and have many customers in our business sector."
